An experienced and down to earth Integrative Counsellor.
I work with adults and young people, short and long term. My approach is warm and centred around building a trusting relationship with you so you feel comfortable to explore whatever is going on for you right now.
My role is to offer a safe, accepting, and confidential space where you can bring whatever feels important to you. I’m here to listen without judgement, so you can explore your feelings and experiences in a way that feels safe and supported.
I’m not here to “fix” you, but to walk alongside you — supporting and empowering you as you move forward at your own pace.
I work from my office based in South Manchester, Ashton on Mersey, Sale, M33. I offer in person and online sessions which enables me to work all over the U.K. and internationally.
